Founder

Dr. Jeffrey Vincent Odom serves as the Founder and Overseer of Agape Christian Center Church in Petersburg, Virginia, alongside his wife, Dr. Pamela D. Odom. As an Apostle and biblical prophet, he is mantled to teach the Body of Christ the function and role of the five-fold ministry offices according to Ephesians 4:11-13, equipping believers to walk in their divine calling with clarity and authority.  A retired Army veteran, Dr. Jeffrey Odom has faithfully served both his country and the Kingdom of God. With decades of ministry experience, he is recognized for his unparalleled leadership, prophetic insight, and dedication to cultivating a Christ-centered community rooted in faith, spiritual growth, and Kingdom purpose. He holds an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from St. Thomas Bible College. He has been honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for completing over 4,000 hours of community service, reflecting his unwavering commitment to equipping others for purposeful living.
Dr. Jeffrey Odom is an expert in leadership development and is deeply passionate about equipping and activating the five-fold ministry offices within the Body of Christ. He has established transformative ministries, including Manhood 101, a mentorship initiative that empowers men and young men with biblical principles, leadership skills, and tools for personal development. His ministry extends to Prison Ministry, bringing hope, salvation, and restoration to incarcerated individuals, and The School of the Prophets, where he trains believers to hear, discern, and declare the word of the Lord. He also hosts  Apostolic and Prophetic Gatherings, uniting Kingdom leaders for impartation, collaboration, and strategic advancement.
Dr. Jeffrey Odom has served diligently as First Administrative Assistant under Apostle Harold K. Browning for the Global Network of Christian Churches, contributing to its mission of unity and global impact for Christ through strategic development and organizational fortification.
An accomplished author, he has written Learning to Soar, Thy Kingdom Come, Pointing the Way, Happily Ever After, and Anthropos Man, resources that equip believers to pursue spiritual maturity, Kingdom understanding, and impactful living.
Dr. Jeffrey Odom is called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ with boldness and authority, establish and oversee churches, mentor and develop leaders, and operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, demonstrating God’s power in word and deed.

Dr. Pamela D. Odom 

Chief Administrator 

Dr. Pamela D. Odom serves as the Chief Administrator of Agape Christian Center Church in Petersburg, Virginia, alongside her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Vincent Odom. A third-generation preacher, she is a respected Apostolic Teacher, Preacher, and Deliverance Minister, dedicated to equipping believers with biblical principles to achieve spiritual freedom and victory in every aspect of life.
With over 40 years of ministry experience, Dr. Pamela Odom has impacted countless lives by helping individuals break free from spiritual strongholds and move into their divine purpose. She has taught extensively on Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare, emphasizing the power of strategic warfare prayer and the authority believers have in Christ. Through her ministry, many have experienced transformation, inner healing, and liberation from spiritual bondage.
Dr. Pamela Odom holds an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity from Z.E. Brown Bible College and St. Thomas Christian College. She has founded numerous ministries, including the Strategic Warfare Prayer Network, focused on engaging believers in effective spiritual warfare, and The Deborah Company Women’s Ministry, which empowers women to embrace their God-given identity and purpose. She also established the F.A.M.E. Fine Arts, Music, and Education Summer Enrichment Program and R.O.C. With Us Literacy Program, initiatives aimed at fostering educational excellence and improving literacy in the Tri-Cities community.
As an Apostolic leader, Dr. Pamela Odom is committed to shifting the body of Christ from a “church-going” mentality to a Kingdom movement mindset, teaching believers to walk boldly in their governmental authority and dominion on earth. In 2022, she launched Dominion Fire, a movement calling God’s people to understand and operate in their spiritual authority and power. She also leads The Sound of Intercession prayer gathering, which brings prayer warriors together for several days of strategic prayer and intercession.
Beyond her local and global ministry work, Dr. Pamela Odom hosts the Dr. 4JC podcast, where she provides insight into faith, wellness, and biblical living. A devoted wife of 40+ years, mother of four, and grandmother of seven, her mission remains steadfast: to see the body of Christ set free, walking in authority and power, fulfilling their God-ordained purpose.
