

Dr. Jeffrey V. Odom
Founder
Dr. Jeffrey V. Odom, hailing from Ruston, Louisiana, grew up and matured into a man after God's own heart.
Dr. Odom entered the United States Army in 1983 where he specialized as a Water Treatment Supervisor and later retired as a Non-Commissioned Officer at the rank of Sergeant First Class. He has traveled extensively preaching the Word of God while performing his military duties and was licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in October 1990 from Bondage to Freedom Outreach Ministries in Shreveport, Louisiana. In July 1993 he was ordained as an Elder with the Churches of God in Christ and served there as a State Evangelist for the Southeast Georgia Jurisdiction and State Secretary for the South Korean Jurisdiction. In February 1998, Dr. Odom, a first generation preacher, and his wife, Dr. Pamela D. Odom, founded Agape Christian Center Church, a ministry that focuses on three major areas: the Deliverance Ministry, the Prophetic Ministry, and the Ministry of Salvation and Reconciliation. The ministry is reaching new heights and making a major impact in the lives of military servicemen and women, college students, the Petersburg communities and those who are in search of spiritual renewal. He was later elevated to the office of the Bishop in July 2004 by the Fellowship of Deliverance Churches Inc. in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Odom ‘s pastoral experience includes Brantley Chapel Church of God in Christ in Dublin, GA, Camp Long in Korea, the Upper Room Church of God in Christ in Sontag, Korea, and Agape Christian Center Church where he currently pastors. His ministry is well sought after and is marked with prophetic declaration, dynamic teaching, and a sincere passion for all to live above the level of mediocrity. He truly believes in the credence of sonship over membership and has devoted himself to raising sons and daughters who will make an impact in the Kingdom of God, follow him as He follows Christ and tear down the kingdom of darkness.
Dr. Odom has been a facilitator in conferences conducted throughout the United States and regionally and his voice and ministry can be heard on radio stations within the Central Virginia area. Later, receiving a B.A. in Mass Communications from Grand Canyon University, and most notably an Honorary Doctorate from Z.E. Brown Bible Institute; his educational background is diverse and includes expertise in language, counseling, teaching, public speaking, writing and mentorship. He has published his first book entitled, "Learning to Soar" which chronicles his most triumphant victories in Christ and many have benefited from this insightful documentation.
He is currently an active member of several organizations including the Alliance International Ministries, Community Transformation Prayer Council, C.U.R.E. Foundation, Federal Corrections Institution Volunteers, Non Commissioned Officer Association, and Veterans of America. He has most recently been named Administrative Assistant to the Presiding Bishop of the Global Network of Christian Churches (GNCC) under Bishop Harold K. Browning of Clarksville, TN.
Dr. Odom is currently working on another spirit led book about his God given revelation & insight about The Kingdom of God. He and his wife have four children: Brandon, Candayce, David and Alleighya and three grandchildren: Brandon Jr., Bryce and Eli.
