R.O.C. WITH US LITERACY
Reaching Our Community R.O.C With Us Literacy Program
We envision a worldwide multicultural change through literacy by helping others to read and improving communities. Our mission is to develop reading skills in young children and adults. The R.O.C. With Us Literacy program, although not limited to, offers weekly classes twice a week hour long sessions. Upon arrival interviews are conducted for areas of concerns and later, examined for areas of reading needs. Students are tutored in the five areas of literacy: comprehension, fluency, phonics, vocabulary, and spelling. Following many sessions, students are then assessed for growth.
